You know these hilarious conversations you have with friends on the brunch? Like, mimosa-in-your-nose hilarious? Well, the Joker women of the Code, daughter of MTV, which returns for a second season on October 29, be paid to have these talks - sexcapades, frenemies and commitment - every week. And they got stellar of Dos and Don'ts for ladyfriends. Check it.

DO not force your friend only to come out. She will thank you later.
Marc-Antoine LONG: When I'm single, I like to stay to watch WWE Divas and eat ice cream on the night of Saturday. My friends call me asking, "are you going to get out? '' And I'm like, "I'm busy." But Melanie, who is also on the show, is good to get me out. This is important. You can't sit at home, sad, that you are single. Not in good health! Oh, and if you're in a relationship? Be respectful of single friends. Don't be too gushy. Do not sex-packed escapade. We get it. You are in love.

Do not lose your 'me' when you become a "we".
NICOLE BYER: I divorced five years ago, and I had to remind myself that I am an "I" first. You see: when you marry, you become one of 'us', and it is easy to lose that 'I '. But you should take the time to do things that make you happy and everything. Spend time with your friends; go to the cinema together. Because at the end of the day, a divorce - or breakage-should not make or break you.

Indulge your friends crazy obsessions.
JESSIMAE PELUSO: John Stamos is my number one crush. My best friend, Natalie, knew my obsession, so she bought me third-row tickets to see him on Broadway. After the show we waited for him in huge line the streets, and I said something to him in Greek (two of my exe files are the Greek). That got his attention! He turned to me and said: ' you're Greek? '' Now Uncle Jesse knows that I exist, and it's great. Thank you, Natalie!

Don't buy into the whole "You can not live with friends" bullsh-t. Seriously wrong.
BYER: I had tons of roommates, like, 14 people during my eight years in New York City! If I lived alone, I am convinced that I would become a lady speaking true dog madness. Once I walked in on my roommate who gives her boyfriend a - well, this is TMI. Believe it or not, we laughed on this subject! I lived with friends and people from Craigslist, but anyway they pick me up. You need to live with people who don't hate you for making them buy locks. Then communicate your problems - no passive-aggressive notes.

Don't tell every friend everything. Exercise caution.
LONG: When it comes to bitching about work, I do it only with your friends nonprofessional. Why? EH well, at College I go dinner with a buddy to the office and complain about our employees. Turns, my 'friend' everyone said I said. She tried to get me fired! Lesson learned. And when it comes to my sex life, I have two groups of girlfriends: my friends of PG-13, for which I'll moderate dirty sex stories, and my friends x-rated - I give on the big for them. Bottom line: know your audience.

Support your friends, who take risks that life-changing.
PELUSO: At age 18, I moved from Syracuse, New York, in Boston for a boyfriend. When I told my family and my friends, everyone was kind of bugged out. But they did grin and bear. And I'm so glad that I went. The guy and I broke up, but he opened eyes to new opportunities, cultures, music and food. I grew up.

Do not judge your friends. Never. Period.
CARLY AQUILINO: 14 I dyed my hair aubergines. A week later I dyed orange! I got my first tattoo at 14 also. Since then, I went to blue, green and red - and got four tattoos more. I met some people who were not cool with it: when I register jobs, some employers said frankly, "you look unprofessional. But I'm happy with the way I look. And my friends - and parents too! -accept me. No judgment! It's amazing.
